The TFB1212GHE is Ultimate High speed in their 120mm line. 220 CFM is pumped out of its 38mm form factor, making it the new king of readily available 120mm fans. It is also the loudest at 65 dB(A).  This fan comes standard with 3+4 pin Molex power connectors.
